Bani Basu, is a very familiar at present lady author who was born on March 11, 1939 in Kolkata. This Bangla language fiction writer famous for her novels, essays, poetry, many translated book. She was a college professor of Bijoy Krishna Girls Collage in Kolkata and Has been honored with several literary awards. Her writing first short story was published in Anandamela and Desh patrika in 1981 and first novel 'Janmabhumi O Matribhumi' was published in Sharadiya Anandalok Patrika in 1987. Notable translated book are Shri Arabinder sanetguchchha, Samarset Momer Sera Premer Galpo, O H D Lorenser Sera Galpo. Natable story books are-Kharap Chhele, Ponchom Purush, Meyeli Addar Halchal etc. Now I'll share share with all my dear readers, an another popular novel of her written Gandharbi.
