Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay (born on March 30, 1899 - died on September 22, 1970) was an Indian Bengali penman. His creation famous detective character 'Bomkesh Bakshi' appeared in 1932. In the literature life of Ssaradindu there was a very big role in cinema, especially the Mumbay cinema world. The movies that he has worked on screenwriter are- Durga (1939), Kongon (1939), Nabojibon (1939), Azad (1940). The films were made from his various works as 'Chiriyakhana', 'Jhinder Bandi', 'Bisher Dhoya', 'Dadar Kirti'. His writing famous historical novels are- 'Kaler Mandira', 'Gour Mollar', 'Tumi Sandhyar Megh', 'Tungobhadrar Tire' etc. Now I want to share an another story book of his written- 'Sasemira'. There are three stories in this book, these are- 'Manimandan', 'Amriter Mrityu', 'Saila Rahasya'.
